History: The Return of the Goddess
The Goddess and how she was diminished by our patriarchal culture, forced underground and is emerging fragmented yet very powerful in us today.
Mythology:
Myth is the language of the collective unconscious. In this workshop we will explore how the ancient myths of the Goddess apply to each one of us today.
7 experiential Goddess sessions:
An embodied experience: Each Goddess is honoured with her own theatre and ceremony.
Dialoguing with the Goddesses:
Learn from the instinctual experts: women who personify the unique Goddess characteristics.
Aim:
To identify the different Goddess forces in you and the women in your life: mother, sisters, daughters, aunts, friends and colleagues.
To move away from competition and conflict with other women towards understanding, co-operation and compassion.
To experience the support and the healing power of the sisterhood.
To begin to integrate the fragmented Goddess in us, in a culture that prescribes and rewards stereotypical roles.
To awaken you to the potential of the archetypal forces.
To experience the process of unfolding the awareness of the vastness of the Feminine Being.
Facilitator: Dr Suzan Hojdar
Suzan is a Jungian Analyst in training, Didactic Biodanza Teacher, Medical Doctor, Homeopath and Family Constellation Facilitator. She works with individuals and groups. Her vision is for women to connect to their feminine essence in its many facets and to express this in their daily lives.

When Rolando Toro created Biodanza he incorporated the concept of Archetypes from the work of CG Jung. The knowledge and experience of Female Archetypes is important for any woman participating in Biodanza and especially for teachers of Biodanza: We tend to operate from one or two archetypes only but having access to the other archetypes in ourselves allows usto be more rounded as individuals and teachers.
